WELCOME SUMC CHOIR

 

The time has come to again sing praises to our Lord, Jesus Christ, on Sunday mornings with the SUM Choir.  If you would like to sing in the SUM Choir this fall, come join us on Wednesdays from 6:00 to 7:15 p.m. in the sanctuary. 

 

The 2nd and 4th Sundays are the mornings we will be singing.  Rehearsals will begin on Wednesday, September 2nd. 

 

Requirement:  There is only one... to want to sing to the Lord and worship Him with song.  If you have the desire, God will give you the talent.

 

Benefits:  To have a closer relationship with God as you sing praises to Him and worship Him thru stories found in His Word.  To give back to the Lord, time and talent He has given to you….. “Serve the Lord with gladness”.   

 

If time and being too busy are a problem, just ask God to take care of that for you.  God is an amazing problem solver.  “Ask and it shall be given unto you”.  He will help you decide what to do.

 

New members to the choir are welcome.  To previous members……I hope to see you all back.
